They are seeking an Associate for their Contract Disputes team within the Volume Litigation department. This role offers the opportunity to manage a caseload from start to finish, using both traditional litigation and alternative dispute resolution methods. Day-to-day of the role: Manage your own caseload in a commercial manner, ensuring thorough early assessment of the prospects of success for each claim.Handle claims in accordance with the requirements of our client’s legal expenses insurance policy.Drive a culture of effective and efficient case handling, taking personal ownership of customer issues until resolution.Work to deliver on SLA’s, KPI’s, and financial & performance targets.Collaborate with your team to share knowledge and best practices.
