Role Description Develop and maintain the Quality Management System in accordance to ISO9001Support with New Product Introduction projects, also supporting with production trials.Work with customers, suppliers, and associated teams to ensure compliance, managing any resolving any non-conformancesGenerate quality and process related documentation - PFMEA's, Control Plans, work instructions etc.Oversee changes in engineering processes from a quality perspectiveReport on Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ)Lead a team of 3 shift QC personnel Skills and Qualifications Experienced with core quality tools - FMEA, APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPCExperienced operating Polyworks, Faro Arm, and CMMAutomotive industry or related experience is very advantageousAbility to interpret technical drawingsEngineering qualification Company Information As a business our client is a market leading manufacturing company with a strong presence on both a UK and global scale.
