You will act on a variety of high-profile, cross-border corporate matters for national and international clients, including private equity sponsors, listed companies and private investment vehicles.You will work on sophisticated transactions spanning mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity investments, initial public offerings (IPOs), public takeovers and other strategic corporate matters.
