Key Responsibilities: Offer expert guidance on workplace pensions and benefits, ensuring clients' needs are met with precision and professionalism.Proactively identify and respond to client needs, contributing to the achievement of business objectives.Stay abreast of legislative changes and industry developments, applying this knowledge to deliver comprehensive solutions.Foster and maintain strong client relationships, driving client retention and identifying opportunities for growth.Collaborate with regulated financial planners, supporting the team in achieving revenue targets and fostering a culture of excellence.Contribute to fee negotiations and ensure accurate invoicing, adhering to regulatory requirements and company protocols.
