The Role In this key position, you will serve as the primary liaison between borrowers and the lending syndicate across a portfolio of complex syndicated project finance transactions. You will ensure the smooth operation of deals post-closing, including covenant monitoring, processing waivers and consents, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. Key Responsibilities• Serve as the main point of contact for borrowers and syndicate members for allocated transactions• Manage and coordinate waiver and consent requests• Maintain transaction documentation and compliance tracking systems• Monitor covenant compliance and manage the collection and distribution of financial and other reporting• Review and process drawdowns, interest payments, and other disbursements• Collaborate with internal teams, legal counsel, and external advisors to support effective transaction management• Assist in the execution of new deal closings and secondary market activity• Prepare and deliver monthly reports on portfolio performance Candidate Profile• Degree-qualified or with equivalent relevant financial services experience• Solid background in loan agency or loan administration within syndicated lending, ideally with exposure to project finance• Understanding of distressed debt and restructuring would be advantageous• Excellent communication skills and experience working in international, multicultural environments• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with platforms such as Debtdomain is a plus• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of German or another European language would be beneficial Why This Role? Our client is a leading Technology Solutions provider. They build greenfield solutions for clients, deliver Cloud Migrations, Optimise technology landscapes, build and continuously improve applications for specific markets such as London market Insurance, provide managed services, data and Cyber Security. A fantastic opportunity has arisen to Head of up their Managed Services and Infrastructure offering. This is a Director level role with full profit and loss accountability and a future pathway to a board position in future. You will pick up an already well performing team, review and build out for growth. The Team compromises of 2 "Heads of" that will report into you and a team of 20 technical resources. The core areas are Cloud Services (predominantly migrations to Azure), other Infrastructure services, Cyber Security and they also have a niche and profitable IBM product service. They don’t do a Service Desk offering yet but keen for this person to explore how best to offer this to the market. In addition to these technical and leadership roles under your remit, you will also have 2 Business Development Managers that will align to the service you will design to go out and develop more clients. As you are responsible for profit and loss, you will need to budget resources to help grow the department for growth. To qualify for this role, you will need experience of managing a Managed/Infrastructure service already. Most likely in a Head of role, being responsible for P&L but perhaps not been given the Director title yet. But you may also already be a Director and looking for a sideways move to then grow but depends on your circumstances for moving. You will have experience of Infrastructure and Cloud Migration services, Data and Security. IBM products not expected but a willingness to take this on. The role will be remote and 2 days in the office per week minimum but up to 3 max across Tuesday to Thursday. Are you an Audit Senior Manager / Director / RI looking to upgrade to a friendly, good quality traditional medium size accountancy firm based in Central London with great promotion prospects to Partner level in the short term? Do you already have Responsible Individual (RI) status or are you looking to get your RI status within the next 12 to 18 months? If so this independent firm with around 65 staff has created a new role due to continued high growth within the business, particularly within audit and assurance. Based in the busy Audit & Accounts Department, your role will be mixed between managing a number of the firms largest audit clients, reviewing accounts preparation assignments, staff management and new business development. You will manage your own portfolio of clients and report straight to Senior Partner level. Your client base will be varied and this firm works with clients from all industries, including property, technology, construction, renewable energy, retail, professional practices, media, entertainment and many more. Most clients range to £80m turnover and are UK based although they have some international groups as well. In your role you will be responsible for managing a number of the firms audit assignments including reviewing work and leading all client meetings, managing workflow, setting fees, budgeting, billing, monitoring WIP etc, reviewing accounts preparation and corporation tax assignments, staff management, giving staff appraisals and helping to oversee and manage the department. You will also be involved with new business development and assist the Partners with bringing in new work for the firm in order to grow your client portfolio. It would be an advantage if you had RI status or are able to achieve this within 12 to 18 months. You must also have strong team management skills and be able to review work and give appraisals to all level of staff. You must be a team player, have good communication skills and be looking for a role with strong progression to Partner level.
