Accounts Payable: Support AP function during peak times.Create Purchase Orders for approval. General Duties: Support the Client and Customer Service Managers as well as operational functions of the business.Handle calls, emails, and correspondence in a timely manner.Interface with clients and address customer queries.Facilitate business improvements, coordination, and communication across all business functions.Assist with month-end processes and preparation of journals.Contribute to system development and process improvements. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in Finance Administration.Excellent IT skills and knowledge of accounting software.Preferably educated to ‘A’ level standard with strong grades in English and Maths at GCSE Level.Experience in managing a large number of customer accounts.Knowledge of Credit Control procedures and experience within a similar environment.Finance related qualification is preferable.High degree of computer literacy, proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Oracle.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently using own initiative.Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional relationships and remain calm under pressure.
