As they continue to grow and progress their UK business and next stage of their investment activity, they have instructed us to help them employ an experienced Senior Asset Manager/ specialist to take responsibility for their existing commercial assets in London. BTR Asset Coordinator - Hybrid Role (3 days office / 2 days home) The Client Our client is a rapidly growing business, providing purpose-built housing for the private rental sector throughout the UK, aiming to deliver 2,000 new homes each year.They offer institutional investor clients a one stop service covering all parts of the BTR (Build To Rent) process from site identification and development through to letting, management and maintenance of the properties.Located in Chilwell, modern office environment with onsite parking and excellent transport links What you'll do Collating and evaluating data sets with regard to portfolio performance, such as renewals and capital expenditure. Reviewing the Clients Assets (Houses and Apartments) to ensure all appropriate documentation is in place, including but not limited to EPC’s, Gas Safety Certification, EICR’s, SEG certificates, Warranty documents. Applying for or registering for Landlord licenses, waste facilities, Royal Mail, Council Tax, SEG, EVCP contracts, scheme led incentives, and any other applications or registrations as required. Review and Instruct the Property Management Team on Capex works as required. Involvement with GRESB / ESG initiatives such as data input to ESG platforms. Approval of expenditure within certain parameters in accordance with pre-agreed operating expenditure budgets and criteria. Review of Operating Budgets as required.
