This is a fantastic opportunity to broaden your expertise with full support from regional managers and mentors. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality valuation and survey reports using leading tech platforms (eTech, Quest, GoReport, Valos)Build your personal brand and develop business within a 25–40 mile radius of your homeNetwork locally to grow business levels and maintain strong professional relationshipsMeet KPIs for turnaround times and audit complianceProvide exceptional customer service to both private and corporate clientsStay connected with your regional team through regular meetings and calls About You MRICS or FRICS qualified with at least 2 years post-qualification experienceRegistered Valuer statusStrong knowledge of your local area (within a 40-mile radius)Self-motivated, commercially aware, and able to work independentlyExcellent time management and interpersonal skillsFull UK driving licence
