Food Technology Teacher - Salford - ASAP Are you a Qualified Teacher looking for your next teaching opportunity? Do you have experience teaching Food Technology? Prospero Teaching are looking for a QTS qualified Food Technology Teacher to work in a secondary school in Salford on a full-time basis. The role will start as soon as possible, and will continue for the remainder of the current academic year. It is essential that you hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and that you are qualified to teach food technology to key stage 3 & 4 pupils. You will be expected to attend departmental meetings as well as parents evenings as and when required. The role is open to ECTs as well as full qualified teachers. Students really enjoy studying Food, especially the practical element of the subject. As part of their work with food, pupils will be taught how to cook and apply the principles of nutrition and healthy eating.
