As our Apprentice Customer Service Technician, you will provide an exceptional customer care service to all Vistry Clients and Customers in accordance with the guidelines specified within the associated contract conditions and working to maintain our 5* builder status. You will carry out repairs, source all necessary materials in advance to complete works on time and within the first visit. To carry out remedial works as deployed by the customer’s service team in occupied and unoccupied properties – complete repairs on time/first visitTo complete works to a high standard of quality in line with NHBC/LABC/Premier Consistent Approach to FinishesTo review defects lists and procure any materials required prior to customer appointmentsTo complete stock unit inspections on dead sites in order to get these units up to the right standard for walk-throughTo meet customers and inspect reported defects, compile reports with photographs and pass back to the customer service team so remedial work can be coordinated with sub-contractorsAttend NHBC Resolutions and meet with customer to discuss reports with photographs and pass back to the Customer Service Team so remedial work can be coordinatedMaintain accurate records on the Defects Management SystemTo organise and prioritise workloadWill be completing Apprenticeship Property Maintenance Operative Apprenticeship Level 2 Finally, let’s tell you a bit more about us...
