Working closely with the team, you will cover RIBA stages 2-6 producing technical drawings using AutoCAD and producing planning, construction issue and building control drawings. You will also be responsible for attending client meetings and on site meetings to liaise with contractors and provide specialist advice. As a Senior you will also naturally be advising and assisting with less experienced members of the team across all technical aspects.The ideal candidate will therefore be an Architectural Technician with residential/housing and AutoCAD experience who has worked across RIBA stages. You will need to be a team player whilst also having the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at one time.
