This role offers a unique chance to work on a diverse range of projects across various sectors. What you'll be doing: Promote large scale industrial and commercial, residential and mixed-use, urban regeneration, infrastructure and innovation-led development, and coordinating professional teams in the preparation and submission of major planning applications. Prepare and submit representations to Local Plans. Conduct site appraisals and manage projects for a variety of clients. Prepare planning and economic statements to support applications. Developing and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients. Play a key role in raising the team's profile and supporting business development activity across the Eastern Region. Who you are: MRTPI qualified with strong planning experience (consultancy or private sector advantageous). A keen eye for detail. Enthusiastic about networking opportunities and profile raising. Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills. A team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to manage a complex workload. Full UK driving licence holder.
