Our client, an international engineering company, is looking to recruit an enthusiastic, positive and hardworking Office Junior Apprentice to complement their growing team.Reporting directly to Office/HR Manager, responsibilities will include:· Assisting all departments inc. Administration, Accounts and HR.· Answering phones & transferring calls and distributing the post.· Assist with the logging of invoices and check & log internal purchase orders.· Taking care of external clients e.g., making drinks, prepping the meeting rooms etc.· Assist with the checking & matching of all purchase orders to delivery notes & invoices checking any discrepancies are within agreed tolerances and values are within agreed authority levels.· Electronically process invoices via either Purchase order or batch processing.· Assist in preparation of monthly accounts pack.· Assist in preparation of a variety of regular & ad hoc financial & administrative reports.· Enquiring, arranging and booking couriers for outgoing parcels, both domestic and overseas.· Filing, scanning, shredding etc.· Ensuring key movements schedule is up to date.· Perform receptionist and administrative duties as and when needed.As a successful Candidate you will possess a good attention to detail, a can-do attitude towards work and great time management and interpersonal skills with 5 or more GCSE qualifications. Experience of working in an administration or office role could be beneficial but not essential. Our client, a national manufacturing company, is looking to recruit an enthusiastic, positive and flexible Apprentice Data Entry Clerk to update and maintain information on their company databases and computer systems.Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, responsibilities will include.· Data entry for parcels shipping on to courier’s portals for daily shipping orders.· Entering client's data into the central database· Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output· Transferring physical records into a digital filing system· Retrieving data as requested· Maintaining and updating the database system as necessary· Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operationsAs a successful Candidate you will possess a good attention to detail, a can-do attitude towards work and great time management and interpersonal skills with 5 or more GCSE qualifications.
