We are currently recruiting for a Customer Resolution Advisor to join a well-established Housing Association based in Accrington. This is a full-time, on-site position working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. The role is being offered on a temporary basis for a minimum term of three months, with a start date during the week commencing 10th November 2025.Your new roleAs a Customer Resolution Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for tenants raising formal complaints. This role is paying a competitive salary of up to £55,000 with a flexible hybrid working arrangement on offer.Candidates must be ACA or ACCA qualified.Responsibilities include: Oversee all financial operations for the business and its associated group companies.Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts.Consolidate financial statements across multiple group entities.Ensure full compliance with UK accounting standards (FRS 102 / IFRS) and statutory obligations.Manage cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.Maintain and reconcile fixed asset registers.Provide comprehensive financial oversight for all group entities, including inter company transactions, reconciliations, and recharges.Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure smooth audits and effective tax planning.Oversee VAT, PAYE and corporation tax compliance across the group.Strengthen and maintain robust internal controls and financial policies.Coordinate inter company loan agreements and ensure accurate calculation and application of interest charges.Lead group-wide financial planning, consolidation, and audit processes.Supervise and support the finance team, covering accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions.Develop team capability through ongoing training and mentoring.Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accuracy, and accountability.Lead finance system enhancements and integrations across the group.Drive automation and process efficiency initiatives within financial reporting and operational finance.
