Business Development Manager — Europe | Life Sciences & Advanced ManufacturingMy client a leading engineering and life sciences group is looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition across Europe within the life sciences and advanced manufacturing sectors (CDMO/CRO services).This is a key commercial role focused on winning new business, building senior-level relationships, and delivering consultative, solution-based sales into complex, regulated environments.This role will: Identify and close new business across pharma, biotech, medtech, diagnostics, genomics & electrical sectorsOwn the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signatureBuild strong relationships with senior stakeholders (R&D, procurement, operations, C-suite)Develop tailored, value-driven proposals and commercial solutionsRepresent the business at industry events and client meetingsWork closely with technical and operations teams to shape deliverable solutionsWe’re looking for:5+ years’ experience in BD/sales within CDMO, CRO, or life sciences manufacturingProven track record of winning new business in European marketsStrong consultative selling skills in complex technical environmentsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsDegree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry or related fieldWillingness to travel across EuropeWhat’s on offer:Competitive salary + performance bonusOpportunity to shape European growth strategyFast-growing, entrepreneurial environmentExposure to innovative, global client baseStrong technical backing and collaborative cultureIf you're a commercially driven BD professional looking to make a real impact in a growing international business, please share your CV for an initial conversation.
