As an Associate Director, you will play a pivotal role in delivering advanced analytics and AI solutions to clients. This position blends hands-on technical expertise with client-facing responsibilities as a consultant, as well as leading by example and taking a more strategic overview on current and future projects. Innovation & Problem Solving: o Stay curious and constantly explore new analytics and AI methodologies and tools, bringing innovative solutions to clients. o Identify opportunities to improve processes and deliver higher value through automation or advanced analytics techniques. o Collaborate with internal teams to pilot and scale new AI solutions that enhance client outcomes. Client Management & Support: o Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on analytics and AI. o Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts and presenting technical solutions to potential new clients. o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all solutions meet the client's business requirements and are aligned with best practices.
