In this role, you will be responsible for the reconciliation of complex self-bill clients, ensuring the accuracy of billing processes, and supporting the team with comprehensive reporting and data analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial processes, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage large volumes of data efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Perform detailed reconciliations for self-bill clients, ensuring all transactions are accurately matched and discrepancies are resolved promptly.Maintain and update reconciliation records, ensuring all client accounts are accurate and up to date.Assist in the preparation and processing of client billing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Conduct thorough data checks to validate the accuracy of billing information before finalization.Generate and analyse financial reports for management, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.Support the finance team in meeting data requirements by collecting, organizing, and analysing large datasets.Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data by performing regular quality assurance checks.Work closely with other departments such as Sales, Operations, and IT to gather necessary data and ensure seamless integration of financial information.Support cross-functional projects that require financial analysis and input.Identify opportunities to improve billing and reconciliation processes, implementing best practices where applicable.
