Key Responsibilities Receive and categorize incoming events, incidents, and requests from customers.Perform initial triage and initiate escalation or assignment as needed.Investigate event alerts and coordinate with customers to confirm resolution and closure.Participate in a 24/7 shift rota, working 8-hour shifts (see attached schedule). This essential role will provide support to the pricing team, ensuring accurate financial operations and pricing processes during a time of restructure. The ideal candidate will be skilled in Excel and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and thrive in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and problem-solving are key.
