Seek opportunities to expand the client base and strengthen the company’s market presence. Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across different departments, including sales, marketing, and property management, to ensure a seamless and integrated approach to client service delivery. Qualifications & Experience: Proven Experience: Demonstrable experience working as an Estate Agency Valuer, with a track record of delivering high-quality valuations and exceptional client service. Expertise: In-depth knowledge of property valuation principles, methodologies, and techniques. Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing property valuation in the UK. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret market data, assess property values accurately, and make informed recommendations. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely. Demonstrated proficiency in client consultation, negotiation, and relationship management. Professionalism: A commitment to professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct. Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in real estate, property valuation, or a related field are highly desirable but not essential. Full UK Driving License essential.
