Expected dates: May – Sept 2026Role DescriptionThe Accreditation Manager supports the Senior Accreditation Manager within an eight-person team to implement and manage pass systems across multiple events. The role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with event accreditation processes.The successful candidate will manage the accreditation operation in advance and onsite at a selection of UK festivals. Full training will be provided but prior understanding of event accreditation processes and systems would be beneficial.Who you areCompetencies / Skills / Knowledge / ExperienceRequiredGood working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Sheets and Outlook.Ability to understand and learn new technology and online systems.Excellent organisational skills.Excellent written English and grammar.DesiredUnderstanding of event accreditation structures.Experience in the Festival industry.Experience in a customer-facing role.BehavioursThe following attributes determine how the role will be carried out and are required to be a successYou should have the ability to prioritise your workload whilst working to strict deadlines often under pressure.You must be punctual and reliable, with the willingness to work extended hours both in the office and onsite, particularly during our peak period of May-August.You should be able to liaise and communicate clearly, competently, and politely with colleagues, suppliers and members of the public.What the role includesOversee the accreditation operation at multiple events throughout the summer.Lead contact for accreditation requests for internal departments and external suppliers working on your shows.Lead an on-site team consisting of both Festival Republic employees and freelance staff.Work with the Event Manager to ensure the correct infrastructure is in place to run the operation sufficiently.Coordinate the distribution and tracking of passes, ensuring accurate records and timely delivery to onsite offices.Maintain secure logging, storage, and handling of high-value items.Produce and distribute low-security passes in-house.Proofread accreditation materials and maintain accurate departmental records.Assist in training team members on processes and procedures.Support implementation of onsite accreditation processes and systems.Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to set up and manage online accreditation systems pre-event and onsite.Work onsite at UK festivals, providing professional and courteous support to staff and the public.Equal OpportunitiesWe are passionate and committed to our people and go beyond the rhetoric of diversity and inclusion.
