Affiliate Marketing Manager - Hybrid Working - £42-47k ( 12 month FTC - Mat Cover) Are you an Affiliate Marketing Manager on the hunt for their next exciting opportunity? As Affiliate Marketing Manager, you’ll ultimately be responsible for creating the channel strategy & implementation of the end to end delivery for Insurance and Small Business Banking activity. Holders of this role are expected to demonstrate an understanding of key trends and areas of innovation which influence the way we interact and engage with our external customers, internal stakeholders and audiences. The day-to-day responsibilities of this Affiliate Marketing Manager include: Owning and managing the day to day running of Affiliates across multiple Brands within the Group, includes management of the Affiliate Agency as well as directly with Affiliates Building and maintaining strong affiliate relationshipsSourcing new affiliate partners and opportunitiesManaging affiliate payments and invoicingCreating reports and presentations to showcase affiliate performance on a regular basisWorking with the necessary internal teams to improve & streamline the creation of affiliate marketing materialKeeping abreast of the latest affiliate trends including attending affiliate eventsAnalysing performance and optimising and testing campaigns to improve ROIWorking with various internal teams to understand company objectives and how affiliates can contributeWorking with the Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager to fully understand & ensure alignment with the affiliate marketing strategyProviding support to the Head of Paid Media and wider Marketing Team as and when required to deliver the marketing strategy As Affiliate Marketing Manager you will also have/be the following: Affiliate marketing experience, with understanding of data, tech applications and tools, Commercial awareness and understanding of product profitability dynamics Good negotiating skills and supplier management skills Strong spoken and written communication skills with experience of adapting your style and approach to the audience and message to be delivered Comfortable working under time and volume pressures. 100% focus on delivery - all campaigns to be delivered on time and on budget Good analytical skills, and the ability to interpret results and action next steps Good organisational skills with good attention to detail, a passion for quality, and an ability to plan, to prioritise and to escalate where necessary. Proactivity is key. Capable team member and participant, able to solve problems individually or in groups and committed to personal development Ability to work within and adapt to an environment which experiences significant change Planned projects and activities systematically in line with business priorities, using a variety of analysis and problem solving techniques Experience working in relevant market/context, i.e. a market leading brand, is desirable but not essential
