You’ll be joining a company that values expertise, encourages learning, and is determined to maintain its friendly and agile culture as they scale.The Role We’re seeking a relationship focused Affiliate Manager to lead and expand the affiliate program. You’ll manage financial influencers, predominantly across Youtube, onboard new partners, and track performance to drive growth.Own and elevate the affiliate program. Working with the current affiliates whilst identifying and onboarding new.Build and maintain long-term, quality-focused relationships with affiliates and influencers.Manage the budget, track pay-outs, analyse performance data.Collaborate with marketing to create materials for AffiliatesAttend events, building networks and brand presence.Become a subject matter expert help inspire, inform and advise affiliates and internally to keep the team on top of current trends, tools and regulations regarding affiliate activities.The right person…The ideal candidate is skilled in building long-term relationships with influencers on platforms like YouTube, focused on quality over quantity. This hands-on role offers growth opportunities, with potential to move into broader B2B partnerships as they scale.Experience in relationship-based affiliate marketing, ideally in a digital-first, in-house roleExperience managing financial influencers on YouTube (essential), TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedInProven success in executing sales processes with confidenceCommercially focused with experience working with targets and dataProficient in cloud-based CRMs; Salesforce knowledge preferred, Everflow/Rakuten experience a plusData-driven with the ability to identify trends and opportunitiesB2B sales experience is a plusWhat’s on offerIf you’ve built affiliate partnerships in the financial space and want the freedom to shape and scale a program within a collaborative, curious, and results-focused team this is your opportunity to make a real impact.
