One of our highly respected, award winning mortgage broker business partners is seeking a fully CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified Mortgage Adviser in the WOLVERHAMPTON area to work with their established, market leading estate agency business introducer. This excellent opportunity has arisen for this market leading business as a result of continued dynamic growth plans; working in partnership with this busy, market leading estate agent office as a mortgage adviser you will have access to a fantastic lead source with appointments and leads generated by the established sales teams. The remuneration for the mortgage adviser role will be on an employed package and we anticipate that successful candidates will earn in the region of £60,000 pa once established, however with a fantastic commission structure available there is no limit to your earning potential! As a competent Mortgage Adviser, you will be CeMAP or equivalent qualified, with at least 12 months or more experience in whole of market mortgage broking and experience of working within the estate agency sector would be useful although not essential, however a demonstrable sales background as a Mortgage Adviser is important. We require a high quality Mortgage & Protection Adviser to work for our established, dynamic and highly respected, market leading New Homes Mortgage Broker practice covering the North West region, from your home office base, however, there may need to be face to face appointments locally too so the successful candidate needs to live within or close to this area for site visits too! Lead generation is key and this business and its team are supremely pro-active and fully embrace the FS culture quality advisers require with quality leads Ideally you will already be an experienced Mortgage & Protection adviser in the New Homes Sector, although this is not an essential requirement. This role provides a superb infrastructure in place to provide top class service to developer and clients alike, including excellent administration and back office support. You will need to demonstrate excellent relationship management of your developer accounts, attending regular sales meetings and monthly visits to sites. You will have to also demonstrate a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets by providing professional and quality advice from the whole of market, have the pace required to convert leads ensuring no stone is unturned, whilst maintaining our company policy of treating customers fairly. Earnings potential is realistically in the region of £60,000 pa with a fantastic employed package and you will need to be fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) with at least 12 months recent experience or more; the business will also provide you with the relevant equipment to set up a home office base.
