Job Title: Administration Clerk - Energy Contracts Location: High WycombeType: Full-time, PermanentSalary: £25,390 pa Hours: 730am-430pm with 1 hour for lunch About the Role We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in High Wycombe. This role is vital to the smooth running of daily operations and supports both the internal team and external clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, strong communication abilities, and be confident handling a variety of administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities Some of your daily duties will include: Job Recording & Tracking: Logging and updating job statuses to ensure tasks are completed on time and accurately.No Access Monitoring: Tracking and reporting instances where access to sites or properties has not been possible.Sickness & Absence Monitoring: Maintaining accurate records of staff sickness and absences.Client & Customer Communication: Acting as a key point of contact, responding to client and customer enquiries professionally and promptly.Complaint Management: Logging and following up on complaints, ensuring a timely and effective resolution.General Office Administration: Supporting the team with ad hoc admin tasks such as filing, email management, data entry, and document preparation.
