A well-established Property Investment company based in Hendon - NW4, are seeking an Office Administrator to join their professional team. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent school leaver or graduate who is eager to start a career within property.This is a fully office-based role, Monday to Friday, from 9.30am to 5.30pm, with an early finish every Friday. Parking is available with a generous holiday package.Key Responsibilities:Providing administrative support to a small teamAnswering incoming phone calls and directing them as neededMeeting and greeting clients and visitorsOrganising meetings and managing appointmentsHandling incoming emails, letters, and other correspondenceMaintaining client records and ensuring documents are tracked and organisedAssisting with procurement of office supplies and managing inventoryFiling, faxing and photocopyingSkills & Experience:Minimum 1 year's administration experience in an office environmentStrong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft OfficeEducated to A-LevelsThis is an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator to gain valuable experience within the property sector.
