The Administrator role involves assisting with the organisation of Engineers, liaising with customers, organising and logging routine inspections and emergency callouts alongside all general office administrative functions. £25,0008.30am - 5pm or 8am - 4.30pmOffice based role25 days holiday and company pension schemeParking on-site Administrator responsibilities: Taking inbound calls from customers and logging these using the in-house databaseArranging and co-ordinating call-outs for Engineers, ensuring maximum efficiency in terms of time and distanceRaising required paperwork on behalf of the EngineersLiaising with customers to ensure that works are completed on time and to a satisfactory levelRaising purchase orders with third party vendorsRegularly updating the status of inspections/call-outsCompiling weekly and monthly reports for management and monitoring the service reportCompleting quotations for repair works and invoicingSourcing equipment from suppliersDealing with website enquires as requiredFollowing up outstanding overdue paymentsCarrying out all general office administration duties including monitoring the in-house email inbox, scanning and document control Administrator required skills/competencies: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbalProficient with Microsoft Office including Excel and WordTeam player with the ability to work on their own initiative Apply today!
