Key Responsibilities of this Engineering Administrator role: Serve as the main point of contact for client and colleague enquiries related to jobs, quotes, and invoices, ensuring effective and timely communication.Support the Admin Department to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including database management and job system updates.Monitor and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to meet agreed deadlines and standards.Provide support to engineers and risk assessors, assisting with job execution and warehouse management.Oversee the submission of invoices for completed works and manage remedial quotations.Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners.Continuously seek opportunities to improve internal processes and practices.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Requirements for this Engineering Administrator role: Experience working in a client-focused or administrative environment.Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Sound IT knowledge, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with management systems.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.A full UK driving licence is desirable.
