Role Overview: We're looking for a Sales Administrator to join our team and help us deliver an exceptional experience to our customers. This is a key role that supports our Sales and wider business teams, ensuring that customer orders are processed efficiently and that communication flows smoothly across departments. Key Responsibilities: Process and manage customer orders accurately using our ERP systemsProvide prompt and professional responses to customer enquiries via phone and emailLiaise with Production, Planning, Logistics, and Accounts teams to ensure on-time deliveries and invoicingMaintain up-to-date customer records, pricing, and account informationSupport external sales teams with quotations, order updates, and customer informationHandle product and delivery queries, coordinating timely resolutionsAssist with customer complaints, ensuring all administrative follow-up (credit notes, replacements, etc.) is completedContribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and internal processesProvide general administrative support across departments as needed About you: Essential Skills & Experience: Previous experience in sales administration, order processing, or customer serviceStrong organisational and communication skills (written and verbal)Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines in a busy environment Personal Attributes: A proactive, "can-do" attitude with a commitment to high-quality serviceTeam player with strong interpersonal skillsReliable, adaptable, and calm under pressureKeen to learn about our products and customers What We Offer: Competitive salaryOpportunities for career progression and professional developmentA supportive and dynamic team environmentWork with a reputable brand known for high-quality products and services Ready to make an impact?
