Job Title: Administrator Location: South Tees NHS Foundation Trust Hours: 22.5 Monday to Wednesday Trust Location: James Cook University Hospital Marton Road, Middlesbrough, TS4 3BW What you'll be responsible for: Dealing with outgoing and incoming mail.Liaise with staff in other services and with external contacts.Sort and distribute incoming post and organise and send outgoing post.Organise, store and archive paperwork, documents, and computer- based information.General admin duties- scanning, photocopy and printing various documents. You'll learn the following whilst working at the trust: An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHSKnowledge of the systems used, to effectively always complete your role to the highest standardA sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation You'll have the following skills/experience: Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent planning, prioritisation and organisational skills.Understanding of secretarial/clerical processes.Efficient and accurate word processing skills.Efficient and accurate proof-reading skills. This role may require you to show evidence of vocational level 3 qualification or at least 2 years relevant experience.
