We are looking for an all round Administratorto work full time to join an FE college in East London and provide excellent administrative support to our lecturers, students and managers. You will be responsible for a range of tasks, such as: Managing student records and enrolments Processing invoices and payments Handling correspondence and queries Booking rooms and equipment Preparing reports and documents Assisting with events and projects To be successful in this role, you will need: A minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths or equivalent Experience of working in an administrative role, preferably in an educational setting Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other IT systems Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Ability to work independently and as part of a team A positive and flexible attitude Advantageous, if you are immediately available.
