Based in North West London our client who are industry experts are looking for an immediately available Administrator to join them on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Travel to the office via Harlesden station is required, no on-site parking is available. This job would suit someone with previous administration experience with excellent communication and organisational skills. The company has experienced exponential growth with further plans to significantly grow throughout Europe. As they embark on this new £200m project, the receptionist will play a crucial role in the smooth operations at the offices. The successful individual will need to have great attention to detail and an appreciation for a high level of accuracy. In addition, the candidate will need to be immediately available, have strong admin and IT skills and be confident user of Word and Excel. They must be well presentable and highly organised. Job responsibilities: Meet and greet employees and visitors.Monitor and ensure the reception area and office is kept tidy and projects a business-like image.Handle incoming calls.Booking meeting rooms.Admin support for Head Office departments on an ad hoc basis This is a great role for an immediately available administrator / receptionist to get a foot in an exciting and growing business.
