We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our expanding team.KitchenEX import and supply retailers around the UK with premium kitchen appliances. We are the sole importers of Faber Cooker Hoods and ILVE Appliances. You would be joining a family run business based near Meadowhall in Sheffield. We have 11 staff who all work closely together helping the company to grow in a busy working environment. This is the ideal opportunity for an experienced administrator. You would have a great deal of variety in your daily tasks and would also support the customer services function on occasion. The role is able to be full or part time (Min 3 days per week).As a member of the admin team, you would assist with the smooth running of the administration and processing teams. You would be responsible for accurate and efficient processing of orders, organising deliveries, invoicing and stock control.The ideal candidate needs to be organised, able to proactively manage their own workload unsupervised, have high attention to detail, be proficient in all Microsoft packages, particularly Excel, be able to work under pressure towards set targets and work as a team to complete shared office and administration duties, and be able to switch quickly between varying tasks.Main ResponsibilitiesUsing our CRM system (BrightPearl) to process & track orders for key national retailers, update retailer & customer information and notesStock management & forecasting using Microsoft ExcelArranging & tracking returns and collectionsTracking orders from the KitchenEX e-commerce websiteUpdating spreadsheets and websites with displaying retailer information & product specificationsSpeaking to consumers & retailers over the phone to answer general queries about orders and product informationCarrying out additional administration tasks to help support the day to day running of the business such as filing, packaging small postal orders (brochures, point of sales, small spares), updating recordsWe are keen to speak with candidates who have previous experience of order processing, stock management and other general administration, particularly using Excel, and who are passionate and driven about delivering exceptional customer service.The successful candidate should possess the following skillsSound knowledge of all Microsoft applicationsAbility to work on a CRM system essential (BrightPearl preferred but not essential)Excellent communication / telephone mannerExcellent attention to detailAbility to prioritise work load and have good time management and organisational skillsAbility to handle confidential information following GDPR legislationStrong record keeping skillsBe proactive, self-motivated and able to use own initiativeHave the ability to multitask effectivelyExperience in problem solvingTo be able to work individually and be part of a teamHours of Work: Monday to Friday - 9am till 5pmJob Types: Full-time or part- time permanentSalary: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year ( pro-rata for part-time)
