Administrator / Yeovil / £12.50per hour Our client, a leading Aerospace and Defence organisation, are seeking an experienced Administrator to provide support to their procurement team. Key Responsibilities: Providing administration support to Buyers within a busy procurement teamManaging procurement documentation.Generating and analysing reports on invoicing, Quality Notifications and requisitions.Updating and managing contracts in SAP.Assisting buyers with day-to-day procurement tasks.Conducting spreadsheet analysis to support decision-making processes.Providing updates on supplier quality and performance.Effective communication and collaboration within a team setting. Ideal Person: Ability to communicate effectively.Previous experience in an Administration role Proficiency common Microsoft packages.Excellent organisational and time management skills.Experience working effectively within a team setting. Nice-to-Have: Demonstrable competency and experience in using MS Project, SAP, and SharePoint.Previous experience in procurement. This is a one year Temporary role with the potential to extend.
