We are looking for an IFA Administrator to join their team and support their Financial Planners in delivering high-quality service to clients. Responsibilities: Collaborate with Financial Planners to deliver outstanding service and manage the client advice journeyPrepare necessary paperwork promptly for new and review planning meetings, ensuring a positive client experienceEfficiently gather information on existing client products using Letters of Authority, prepare illustrations, and submit new businessMonitor all business transactions, keeping clients and Planners informed throughout the processHandle existing client transactions, including withdrawals, top-ups, and fund transfersManage proposition changes, rebalances, and other necessary tasksIdentify clients due for review and follow established workflowsMaintain accurate client records across various software systemsUtilise task and workflow management system (IO) to ensure a seamless client experienceSupport Operations and Compliance functions by maintaining accurate informationAdhere strictly to defined processes within the team Experience Required: Experience of working within a pension or financial services administration roleStrong attention to detail and accuracyGood IT skills and a working knowledge of MS packages including ExcelProficiency in IO would be advantageousAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)Broad knowledge of the financial services sector and relevant FCA regulations On Offer: Competitive salary package plus benefits such as pension scheme, life assurance, and employee discountsSupportive and friendly working environment where you can develop your skills and careerOpportunities for training, development, and career progression If you are interested in joining our client’s dynamic team, please submit your CV or contact Pauline Low at Reed on .
