Office Administrator £35,000 pa, Cobham, Surrey - Varied and interesting role managing the administration of this Estate Agency sales team... For this role you must have excellent administration skills and great customer service skills since you will be liaising with clients, solicitors and surveyorsSalary £35,000 paPlease note this company can offer a normal Mon to Friday or alternatively a 9 day fortnight - Week 1: 5 days Tuesday to Saturday. Week 2: 4 days Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. With Thursday off and a 3 day weekend every other weekIn this interesting role you will be assisting in the sales administration of some of Cobham's finest propertiesFull property administration training will be given as requiredProperty administration experience would be an advantage but is not essentialGood benefits Working closely with the Director and the sales team you will be an important part of this estate agency team ensuring the office administration runs smoothly. Responsibilities will include: Managing and dealing with calls and enquiriesProducing property sales documents, agreements and correspondenceUploading property details to portals and managing the company's websiteDiary and inbox managementLiaison with clientsContacting property professionals such as surveyors and solicitorsTo undertake training in anti-money laundering (AML) and ensure the business is compliant with property legislation As Office Administrator you will need: Excellent administrative skills and precise attention to detailGreat communication skills both written and verbalGood customer service skills and the desire to adhere to the highest industry standards providing an outstanding serviceGood IT skills with experience of Microsoft office packagesTo live within easy commute of CobhamProperty administration experience of sales, lettings or property management would be an advantage but is not essential People 4 Property are acting as an employment agent on this vacancy.
