For the right candidate, this role offers: £37,000 - £40,000 + Hybrid working in London + progression opportunities + excellent benefits Key Responsibilities: Foster and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders within the agency and suppliers.Ensure swift issue resolution, minimise turnaround time, and prevent issue recurrence through process enhancements.Collaborate with the audit teams to facilitate seamless operations.Oversee the deliverable of your team, providing guidance and support as needed.Manage the resolution time for queries and support team members in addressing critical issues.Regularly communicate with the Senior Finance Management team to align strategies and goals.Ensure adherence to the company's cashflow management policies, including cash flow forecasting.Identify training needs and develop training plans for team members and agency employees.Organise disciplinary or performance management meetings when necessary.Act as a backup for team members during their absence or portfolio changes.Provide support to the offshore team in their interactions with agency employees. Accounts Payable Supervisor £35k plus benefits, hybrid working Permanent Our client is a well know company based in Hatfield, who are working with them to recruit an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to join them on a permanent basis. You will responsible for managing a team of 3 staff and overseeing the day to day AP function. You will be responsible for: Manage team of purchase ledger administrators to deliver expected levels of performance, dealing with staff fairly, ensuring work is allocated evenly and sufficient cover for absences.Assisting with accruals and prepayments within month-end reporting deadlinesRegistering, scanning and coding invoices.Matching delivery/advice notes with invoices.Communicating with suppliers and other departments. Requesting copies of invoices as and when necessary.Setting up new accounts as and when required.Reconciling purchase ledger accounts to supplier statements (including manufacturer statements).Resolving unallocated cash.Preparing BACS payment runs.Chasing staff to ensure invoices are passed for payment, producing regular reports on outstanding items and resolving queries.To provide cover for other members of the accounting team.
