Working for a qualified finance manager, you will receive industry leading training to develop your finance career. As the successful Accounts Receivable Assistant you will: Process incoming multi-currency daily receipts from many banking sources.Accurate allocation of customer payments.Identify and verify discrepancies on customer accounts and resolve customer billing issues.Prepare and process multi-currency invoices and credit notes to customersReconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted with supporting documentation attached.Preparation of monthly reconciliations.Analyse royalty and licencing data and generate quarterly invoices.Maintaining the accounts receivable mailbox with prompt, accurate responses We are open to all applications, however this job would suit someone who is qualified by experience, or who has studied AAT, experience with processing royalties or previous experience working in the accounts department of an estate agency would be very beneficial.
