Administration Coordinator
Our client requires an experienced administration coordinator to join their manufacturing department, this role is initially temporary and will convert to permanent. The role is to support the works on site and requires juggling several tasks at a time with the focus of meeting customer expectations on time. Role & Responsibilities Quoting new jobsPurchasing and negotiating on some materials and achieving best priceScheduling works and managing work schedules across the departmentLiaising with different internal departments and external suppliersBooking in deliveries This role can be a 4 or 5 day per week role (Monday - Friday) for the right candidate with experience of the above tasks who is highly organised and proficient on Excel.
