Payroll Coordinator
Payroll Coordinator We’re looking for a highly capable individual with strong payroll and accounting experience, ideally within the professional services sector. This is a temporary opportunity, ongoing for around three months. You’ll bring a solid understanding of PAYE, NIC, statutory calculations, and payroll accounting, along with excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. This role requires someone who thrives under pressure, delivers outstanding customer service, and can challenge the status quo with fresh ideas and a firm-wide perspective. In this role, you'll be involved in: Monthly payroll processing and data uploadsEmployee record maintenance and stakeholder query managementTax form preparation and benefit reconciliationsCompliance and reporting for international staffPayroll control account and disbursement reconciliationsSupporting payroll processes for international offices (Milan & Madrid) What you’ll need: Minimum 3 years’ payroll/accounts administration experienceKnowledge of ADP and Workday systems (desirable)Strong data accuracy and reconciliation skillsPrevious experience in professional services (preferred)CIPP foundation qualification (desirable) The role offers a hybrid working model (3 days in office).
