Associate Quantity Surveyor - London An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and experienced Associate Quantity Surveyor to join an award-winning independent Property Consultancy in their thriving London office. Renowned for their client-focused approach and delivering exceptional projects, this consultancy offers a platform for you to lead and shape the growth of their cost consultancy service. The Associate Quantity Surveyor Role As an Associate Quantity Surveyor, you will work on a wide variety of projects across the commercial, residential, retail, office, and industrial sectors, you'll be delivering cost planning and cost management services at the highest standard, while building and managing client relationships. Key accountabilities include: Delivering cost consultancy services from feasibility to final account across multiple sectors.Managing projects valued between £1m and £30m, including procurement and tendering processes.Leading pre- and post-contract stages, including cost planning, tender reporting, and contract administration.Supporting the growth of the cost consultancy service line and expanding its offering to high-profile investor clients.Contributing to business development efforts through networking and client relationship building. Working closely with the Partner in Charge of Cost Consultancy, this role provides the opportunity to develop the QS team in London and beyond, while playing a pivotal role in driving the company's ambitious growth plans. The Senior Quantity Surveyor The successful Senior QS will have: A relevant construction related degree qualificationMRICS is a must the ability to work in a highly client facing role, acting as the main point of contact for projectsDiligent in experience with complex projectsExcellent team player but able to work independentlyConfident, client facing communicator both verbally and in writingCommercially focussed: Capable of developing client relationships & Willing to network at business development events and attend seminars to raise personal and company profileLeadership qualities to assist in team and office growth aheadBe involved in creating successful new and existing client relationships through networking and business development In Return?
