Account Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager to join a leading European provider in the electronics manufacturing sector.Due to continued growth and expansion within our client, a permanent role is now available within the UK Sales Team. The successful candidate will take full ownership of internal sales support and account administration, managing a growing portfolio of UK-based customer accounts.Salary: £28,000 + bonus of £9,000 pro rataWorking Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:30 – 17:30 (Office Based) Friday: 08:30 – 13:30 (Work from home)Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Management & AdministrationFull ownership of internal accountsEnd-to-end order management, from order entry to deliveryCreation and management of purchase and sales ordersForecast analysis and customer status reportingCRM system updates and maintenanceOversight of stock models and aged stock controlGeneral administrative dutiesSales Team SupportCollaborate closely with external Key Account ManagersProvide support during customer visitsAct as a central point of contact for customers, managing enquiries and coordinating actions to ensure excellent serviceRequired Experience & SkillsProficiency in Excel (including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables)Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)Strong customer focus with previous experience in sales or account coordinationProven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-based environmentExcellent time management and organisational skillsConfident and professional communication, both written and verbalHigh attention to detail and reliability, especially in meeting deadlinesKey AttributesResilient under pressureStrong interpersonal skillsProactive and solutions-orientedExcellent timekeeping and work ethicM4 Recruitment are an employment business and operates as an equal opportunities employer.
