DutiesDuties will include but are not limited to the followingFor Letting management:Update accounts receivableUpdate accounts payable and perform reconciliationsAssist in preparing financial statementsMaintain organized and up-to-date financial recordsProcess and follow up on invoices and late paymentsCorporate card management:Assist with internal compliance documentationProcess and follow up on receiptsCross check and ensure the spending adheres to company policiesRequirements:Degree or above in Accounting, Finance or related disciplinesWith some relevant work experience will be preferredStrong Excel and analytical skillsGood understanding of accounting principles and practicesWillingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
