A Teaching qualification at Level 3 or higher.A minimum of a Level 3 Business / AAT qualification, preferably a degree.Previous, relevant FE teaching experience delivering on AAT courses.A relevant degree or equivalent industrial or professional qualifications are highly desirable.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire students.
