Description We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading supplier in the motor parts industry, for a motivated and driven Internal Account Manager. Key Responsibilities: Manage incoming sales enquiries via phone and email, converting them into profitable orders.Upsell and cross-sell products to maximise product mix and profit margins.Follow up on quotes persistently to ensure high conversion rates.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and data in the CRM system.Contribute to the company’s revenue and profit goals, with daily performance tracking. Requirements Qualifications: Proven sales experience, whether in a telephone-based or field-based role, with a strong track record of exceeding targets.Excellent phone selling skills, with the ability to actively listen, engage, and build rapport with customers.Proficient in CRM systems and sales best practices.Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.Attention to detail, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.Familiarity with technical or complex information, particularly in the trailer parts industry, is a plus.
