Your Role: As a National Account Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the Senior National Account Manager (SNAM) in delivering profitable growth and operational excellence across the account. You’ll be responsible for managing key projects, driving execution, and ensuring Müller continues to deliver best-in-class service and innovation to our customer. Key Responsibilities: Customer Collaboration: Act as a key point of contact for the account, supporting the SNAM in building strong, trust-based relationships with the buying team.Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Category, Supply Chain, Finance, NPD) to ensure alignment and timely execution of customer plans.Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse sales performance, EPOS data, and market trends to identify risks, opportunities, and actionable insights.Forecasting & Demand Planning: Work closely with the demand planning team to ensure accurate forecasting and optimal stock availability.Commercial Administration: Maintain customer systems, manage invoice queries, and ensure accurate and timely data management.Project Management: Support the end-to-end delivery of retailer-specific projects, including new product development (NPD), range changes, and promotional initiatives.
