Day-to-day of the role: Generate sales among existing and new client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling.Serve as the primary and responsive point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients in person and on the phoneDevelop and maintain long-term relationships with accounts, ensuring consistent service across the organisation.Ensure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion.Communicate client needs and demands to the IT and Support teams.Forecast and track client account metrics, identifying trends or concerns.Manage projects within client relationships to meet company goals.Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients through a consultative approach.Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service.Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting tight deadlines.Maintain records of client contracts, documentation, and all communications within HubSpot.Travel to client locations for business meetings, conferences, and trade events. Required Skills & Qualifications: Degree level education or equivalent. A second language spoken to a bilingual standard is advantageous but not essentialSeveral years’ experience in a SaaS role; Intellectual Property experience highly beneficial, but not essentialExcellent computer skills, including proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.Eligible to work in the UK.Ability to travel to conferences and client locations in the UK and overseas, including travel outside work hours and at weekends.
