NXTGEN is partnering with a well-established manufacturing business to recruit a Management Accountant for an initial 12-month fixed-term contract.Working as part of the site finance team, you will combine management accounting, financial analysis and business partnering to help operational leaders understand performance and make well-informed commercial decisions.This is a highly visible position with regular exposure to senior site stakeholders. The RoleThe Management Accountant will play a key role in delivering accurate, timely financial reporting and actionable insight to support strategic decision-making. You will take ownership of the month-end process, budget preparation, variance analysis, and operational forecasting while acting as a trusted finance business partner across departments. Previous experience of UK/US GAAP would be beneficial as would Rubicon or SAP exposure.
