Responsibilities: Supporting with preparation of monthly reports and profit comparison to forecastsHelping to prepare monthly management accounts, e.g. fixed assets, accruals & prepayments.Purchase ledger and other transactional tasks.General office/administrative duties.Conduct inter-company reconciliations.Post month-end journals, including, accruals, and prepayments.Maintain financial schedules, such as the fixed asset register and accruals.Complete month-end processes and balance sheet reconciliations.Ensure monthly and weekly deadlines and schedules adhered to.Handle employee expenses and supplier payment processes.
