Are you passionate about supporting children and young people? Do you have experience working with SEN individuals and a commitment to making a positive difference in their lives? 
GSL Education is currently seeking a dedicated Youth Support Worker to join our client school based in Manchester. As a Youth Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing tailored support to students with SEN, helping them to reach their full potential academically, socially, and emotionally. 

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one support to students with SEN, both inside and outside the classroom.
- Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with SEN.
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to create inclusive learning environments.
- Support students with SEN in accessing the curriculum and adapting teaching materials as needed.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements: 
- Experience working with children and young people with SEN is essential.
- Must be able to start in the new term.
- Commitment to working Monday-Friday.
- Possession of or willingness to apply for an enhanced DBS on the update service.
- Ability to provide two references upon request.
