Your responsibilities will include-

• Overseeing the maintenance and repair of generators
• Managing a team of technicians responsible for servicing and repairing generators. This involves assigning tasks, providing guidance and support, and monitoring performance to ensure timely completion of work.
• Ensuring that all maintenance and repair work meets the required standards of quality and safety
• Provide support and mentoring for less experienced Generator Engineers
• Managing inventory levels of generator parts, supplies, and equipment needed for maintenance and repair work.
• Interacting with customers to understand their generator rental needs, providing cost estimates, and communicating updates on the status of generator maintenance and repair work.

Experience essential for this role -

• Full UK Driving Licence is required
• Must have previous experience working as a Workshop Foreman in a engineering industry
• NVQ or City & Guilds in a form of engineering preferable but not required
